Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, prioritizing patient satisfaction and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, collaborating with the team to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing, currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing, or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Pay Target: $37.00 per hour
