About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) as an HRIS Administrator. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS system.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the HRIS system, including data entry, analysis, and report generation. In addition, you will provide technical support to colleagues and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of the HRIS system, including data entry, analysis, and report generation.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through regular audits.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Two (2) years experience in Human Resources working with HRIS, payroll (preferably ADP), and performing administrative duties required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
