Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

The role of a Human Resource Specialist at Townsteel Inc. is to support the company's payroll processes and human resource duties. This position requires ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, and entry-level experience in payroll.

**Job Description:**
Townsteel Inc., a leading locks and architectural hardware manufacturer, seeks a skilled Human Resource Specialist to oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, and vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) payouts. As a key member of our team, you will process final checks for voluntary and involuntary separations from the company, assist in payroll and timesheet audit process, and provide technical expertise and respond to payroll inquiries related to interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.

Benefits:
  • A competitive estimated salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Entry-level experience in payroll or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under various levels of pressure.
