Job Title: Payroll Operations Coordinator

Townsteel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's payroll processes and human resource duties. This includes processing pay on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. You will also ensure payroll is in full compliance with federal and state laws, oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, and vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) payouts, and provide technical expertise and respond to payroll inquiries related to interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the company's payroll processes and human resource duties.
  • Process pay on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
  • Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, and vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) payouts.
  • Provide technical expertise and respond to payroll inquiries related to interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Entry-level experience in payroll or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under various levels of pressure.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
