Pediatric Clinical Social Work Specialist

Children's Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Clinical Social Work Specialist to join our team on a part-time weekend schedule. As a key member of our social work department, you will be responsible for providing psychosocial assessments, implementing policies, and coordinating patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial screenings and assessments to identify families' ability to meet their children's healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address mental health concerns, coordinate anticipatory discharge, and ensure seamless transition to home care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, focusing on both medical and biopsychosocial needs.
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- At least 2 years of previous social work experience preferred.
- State of Texas Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
