Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services to clients struggling with addiction and mental health issues. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mental health methodologies and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Minimum two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,848-$142,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with a company match, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
