Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing all client needs professionally.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Making informed recommendations for products and services.
  • Meeting minimum sales targets.
  • Multi-tasking effectively, such as cleaning tanning equipment while engaging with clients.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in salon areas, including tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage.
  • Collaborating with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while adhering to company policies.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend at the waist for cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy items.
  • Capacity to bend down to pick up items from the floor.
  • Performing cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
