Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • AHA BLS-HCP certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
