Speech Language Pathologist Role

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Vancouver, WA.
About the RoleThis full-time and part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced speech therapists to work with students in a dynamic school setting. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy who can provide exceptional support to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with students.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
We require a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and Washington state licensure as an SLP. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required. Dependent on experience, we offer a competitive caseload and schedule.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
