Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient care duties delegated by the RN, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
  • Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence as a member of the surgical team.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical intervention.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an approved technologist program or previous technologist experience.
  • Current certification as surgical technologist (CST) required.
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) must be held.
  • At least 1 year of prior Operating Room experience, with 2 or more years preferred and required for Sign-On Bonus eligibility.
