Your Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse range of clients to secure new and repeat business through proactive sales calls and site visits. Engage in site tours and client entertainment as needed.
Formulate and execute growth strategies while identifying new opportunities within your designated sector to optimize revenue streams. Participate in industry events to network with peers and stay updated on market trends.
Coordinate, conduct, and follow up on sales calls and property inspections.

Provide the Sales Manager with pertinent information regarding current and prospective clients by maintaining an organized client database.

Negotiate terms with clients to transition business to the contract phase. Initiate campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility.
Monitor and document sales activities and account development using available systems and tools.
Handle daily inquiries from clients regarding property information, brochures, rates, and promotional offers.
Assist the Sales Manager in organizing Familiarization trips, site inspections, and product training.
Communicate promotions, special offers, packages, and client booking incentives to all relevant team members, both internally and externally.
Help maintain accurate records of trade clients, including files and correspondence, in both electronic and hard copy formats to ensure effective communication and mailing.
Support the upkeep of departmental records, including sales expenditures and renewals of local memberships and subscriptions.
Build and sustain relationships with local and international tour operators, lifestyle, and concierge services.
Compile weekly sales reports and statistics from the reservation system, analyzing sources of business, including client demographics and booking patterns.
Coordinate the distribution of sales kits and promotional materials.
Update the CRM with sales activities, ensuring key customer information is current.
Research and stay informed about industry trends and innovations, identifying potential opportunities for business growth. Provide timely and constructive feedback to operations based on guest or client input, along with actionable suggestions.
Participate in weekly Revenue Meetings to discuss revenue-generating initiatives.
Effectively manage your workload and complete weekly sales reports.
Encourage collaboration by sharing ideas and challenges with colleagues to facilitate decision-making.
Undertake additional duties, including operational tasks, as directed by Senior Management.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and relevant software is required.
A degree in a related field is an asset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Demonstrated reliability and responsibility.
Ability to maintain focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
