Strategic Dealer Services Product Lead

As a key member of the Dealer Services team at M&T Bank, the Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.

Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and business growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Work Environment:
