Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish work plans and delegate responsibilities among team members.
  • Oversee and guide junior project staff to ensure timely progress and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Generate project reports for management and clients, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues in collaboration with project personnel.
  • Coordinate project efforts with relevant government regulatory bodies and agencies.
  • Monitor project schedules and workloads to ensure timely completion.

  • Select and implement effective procedures and techniques for project execution.
  • Conduct material research and liaise with manufacturers for specifications.
  • Perform drafting tasks as necessary throughout project phases.
  • Manage construction contracts and conduct site observations to ensure compliance with project plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect status.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Architecture.

  • Only candidates residing in Central Ohio will be considered for this position.
