Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to collaborate on all phases of the design process for educational, commercial, and industrial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement architectural design solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on architectural design and construction methods
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
Requirements
  • Accredited Master's degree in Architecture
  • Registered architect's Nebraska license or working toward licensure in Nebraska with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • 5+ years post-licensure experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word is required
  • Familiarity with SpecLink, Revit, and SketchUp is a plus
