Responsibilities
---------------

* Lead the architectural design and planning for projects within the industrial, semiconductor, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
* Conduct comprehensive code analysis and ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulations.
* Oversee code conformance, ensuring that all designs meet or exceed established guidelines.
* Oversee and participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality architectural standards.
* Coordinate closely with various disciplines within the organization to collaborate, optimize, and improve work, staff sharing by participating in multi-discipline strategy sessions, and develop innovative and practical architectural solutions.
* Prepare and present project proposals, design concepts, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure project compliance.
* Perform field verifications / site walks to identify, verify, resolve, and incorporate solutions into design packages. May troubleshoot design problems in the field during construction.

Qualifications
------------

* A Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited architectural program.
* A Registered Architect (RA) license in good standing.
* The ability to lead a project team and manage the workload of multiple projects of varying complexity.
* Proven experience in code analysis and understanding of building codes and regulations (such as egress, fire-resistant assemblies, occupancy, and building types).
* Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with Hazardous Production Materials (HPM) and chemical storage design principles and regulations.
* Experience performing field verifications and site walks to identify, verify, resolve, and incorporate solutions into design packages. Ability to troubleshoot design problems in the field.
