The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the medical staff, quality management, risk management, and case management, including discharge planning and utilization review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function within the bylaws of each facility (HMC and Perry Hospital) and according to each facility's needs.
  • Perform duties and functions as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff, quality management, risk management, and case management teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Requirements
  • Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
  • Must be a licensed medical professional with experience in healthcare leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
