About the RoleThe Clinical Lead Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical team, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow. You will work closely with our providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the clinical team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards
- Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Manage and coordinate patient flow, including scheduling and staffing
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies
- Participate in hospital-wide committees and initiatives to advance patient care and quality improvement
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Active RN licensure in the state of NH
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
