As we continue to expand across the MidAtlantic region, we are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for our patients.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:45 am and 5 pm, including weekend rotations on Saturdays and Sundays as required. A weekday off will be provided for those working weekends. Saturday hours are from 6:45 am to approximately 3 pm, with Sunday hours as needed.

Our facility offers an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Lead Nurse.
  • Assess and evaluate patients' healthcare needs based on observed signs and symptoms, utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with providers to determine the most effective clinical course of action for patient care.
  • Schedule patients for procedures and appointments as necessary.
  • Document symptoms, nursing assessments, advice provided, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness in departmental operations, enhancing patient care outcomes.
  • Conduct phone triage, review laboratory results, and return patient calls while documenting interactions appropriately.
  • Order medical supplies as required.

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with weekend rotations as necessary.

Qualified candidates should possess experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, hold CPR certification, and have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an OB/GYN or fertility environment. Familiarity with CPT coding, lab-specific order sets, and eClinicalWorks is advantageous.
