Mental Health Therapist

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients and their families in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Therapeutic Services: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention services as needed and assess for safety daily.
- Case Management: Provide case management and therapeutic interventions to all assigned patients, including developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including admissions documentation, social services admission assessments, and treatment plans.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting.
- Certifications: American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification and formal training in the management of aggressive patients.
