Position Overview:

This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations in the bar area.

Bar Support Staff assist bartenders by managing supplies, replenishing garnishes, cleaning glassware, organizing napkins, retrieving glassware from the dishwasher, inputting orders into the bar POS system, and engaging with patrons who have inquiries.

Effective communication within the Food & Beverage team, including management, is crucial to uphold Company standards.


At Wildflower Farms, our team members continuously discover innovative ways to care for the business, our guests, and their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Assisting with opening and closing tasks, including restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, while ensuring bartenders have access to clean towels and glassware.

2. Maintaining adequate supplies of ice, liquor, wine, and beer at the bar.


3. Verifying that taps and equipment are functioning correctly, performing minor repairs, or replacing kegs as necessary.


4. Keeping the bar area tidy by wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, removing dirty glassware, cleaning coolers and storage spaces, and emptying trash bins.

5. Gaining knowledge of menu offerings and memorizing cocktail recipes.

6. Taking orders, crafting drinks, clearing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments, particularly during busy periods.

7. Interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues.


8. Maintaining records and reporting usage levels to aid in the reordering process, ensuring proper storage of delivered items.

9. Performing any additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:
$15/hour plus tips
