Position Type:

Hourly + Tips

The Bartender at Rory's Puttery Rooftop Bar is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience, and having a thorough knowledge of the venue's food, beverage, and gaming options.

They also manage cash and financial transactions. This role requires maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude, providing excellent hospitality, and staying informed about the venue's offerings.

Additionally, the Bartender must be familiar with the venue's Beverage Recipe Book.

To achieve this, Bartenders are expected to participate in training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages available at the venue.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, boosting hospitality

Maintain safety and sanitation standards working with food

Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality

Working knowledge of current and popular bar and cocktail trends

Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
