We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of MDS Coordinator at Parkridge Specialty Care, a 90-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Pleasant Hill, IA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering comprehensive care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an MDS Coordinator (RN), you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and support at every stage of the healthcare journey.

Requirements:
We seek a highly qualified RN who holds a valid license in good standing within the state of Iowa or is able to activate one. Additionally, we require current, valid CPR Certification and either MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification. Experience with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and work history in long-term care and gerontological nursing are highly valued assets in this role.
