Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and location.

Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with patients and families to provide exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
