Brand Marketing Manager

Away is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Brand Marketing team, you will support the development and implementation of strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity.
This role will combine innovative thinking with day-to-day coordination and execution of Away's marketing calendar rollout. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to foster close relationships and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director and VP of Brand in shaping the brand marketing vision and strategy
- Craft and present creative briefs leveraging internal and cultural insights
- Lead daily marketing responsibilities, including building and maintaining the marketing calendar
- Own the product marketing function, developing product claims and storytelling angles
- Champion Away's brand standards across all consumer touchpoints
- Assist in monitoring in-flight campaign performance and lead post-campaign reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop ideas into actions
- Consumer-first mindset and deep understanding of market and cultural trends
- Team-oriented and able to build and maintain relationships
- Bias for action and ability to identify opportunities and drive results
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually
