Miller's Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Director to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-admissions assessments and make recommendations for appropriateness of placement in our assisted living facility.
- Coordinate resident needs with department heads and outside agencies.
- Track services and minutes of services provided to residents.
- Supervise and provide training to Patient Care Assistants.
