Nurse Leadership Opportunity

Nexus Health Systems Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our leadership team as a Nursing Care Specialist.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care services and ensuring that nursing practices are aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide LVNs in providing patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in rounds and coordinate care with other departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state where you will be working.
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
