Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of our experienced nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other essential nursing tasks.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current licensure and certification.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Minimum one year of experience in acute or post-acute hospital settings preferred.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
