About this Role:

Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a Senior Lead Risk Management Officer to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Risk Management team. This role is the Governance and Administrative Lead for the COO Evidence Based Risk Evaluations (EBRE) team and is designed to execute specific administrative functions related to scheduling, reporting, tollgate, methodology enhancements and serve as a delegate to the COO EBRE Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee risk testing schedule and resource management
  • Ensure critical governance, administrative, and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Enable increased collaboration across other Business Leads to drive consistent application of EBRE methodology and consistent engagement/testing approach with the business
  • Support critical people management objectives and promotion of a positive, inclusive work culture
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by managing and directing teams on strategy and execution of activities
  • Maintain relationships with multiple partners in COO, Risk Management, Independent Risk Management and Audit
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a risk organization, particularly in risk testing
  • Resource management/CAO/COO experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at one of the posted locations 3 days a week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Compensation:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144, $300,000.00
