Job Description:
The People & Culture Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering the people agenda in-store, working collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner. This generalist administrative role will cover all aspects of People & Culture, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering P&C administration activities in-store, demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, and confidentiality with all colleagues;
* Maintaining colleague records in accordance with federal and local regulations;
* Developing an understanding of store commercial performance and customer experience;
* Delivering against company expectations and policy, ensuring good governance and best practice is in place, compliance with regulations, and mitigation of risk to the business;
Requirements:
* Experience working as a P&C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a retail environment;
* Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice;
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise, in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication;
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen;
