Responsibilities:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures at assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators
- Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws and regulation.
- Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement.
- Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development.
Salary: $95,400 per year
QualificationsQualifications:
- 3 years of experience as HR Executive
- Experience with labor unions
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Education:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
