Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance process improvements, ensuring efficiency in reporting and product quality while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Analyze data swiftly to inform strategic business decisions, demonstrating financial independence and strong business insight.
- Implement and communicate financial policies and procedures to program teams, fostering understanding and compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing tactical thinking to navigate complex scenarios.
Essential Qualifications:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management techniques and familiarity with industry-standard reporting practices.
- Strong background in finance principles and the ability to interface with various functional areas including Contracts, Operations, and Engineering.
- Experience in conveying financial concepts and trends to management effectively.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to access restricted data systems and obtain necessary security clearances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and experience in engaging with external customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
