Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute statistical strategies for research initiatives and clinical trials.
  • Conduct data analysis utilizing relevant statistical techniques and software.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers and healthcare professionals to formulate study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  • Ensure the integrity, precision, and validity of statistical analyses and outcomes.
  • Provide statistical insights in the interpretation and dissemination of study results.
  • Assist in the creation and evaluation of research proposals, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Remain informed about the latest developments in biostatistical methodologies and techniques.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of statistical analyses into the research workflow.
  • Contribute to the design and upkeep of statistical software tools and databases.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and industry norms related to biostatistics.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a biostatistician within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Expertise in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Comprehensive understanding of statistical methodologies and techniques, including linear regression, survival analysis, and Bayesian approaches.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation within the framework of clinical research or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with research study design and statistical analysis frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to convey statistical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
