As a Seasonal Plant Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visual appeal of our garden center.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and arranging a diverse selection of outdoor plants
  • Creating and sustaining engaging product displays
  • Watering and caring for all plant materials
  • Collaborating with the floral department manager to establish a comprehensive watering schedule
  • Ensuring that appropriate signage is displayed
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe display area
  • Removing and documenting any expired plant materials
  • Engaging with store staff and customers to provide exceptional service
  • Building positive relationships with store management and team members
  • Completing reports for each location serviced
  • Utilizing the Repsly app to document each visit when applicable

Requirements:

  • Possession of a smartphone
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capability to lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
  • Understanding of planograms and ability to execute them
  • Familiarity with mobile workplace applications
  • Preferred experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Experience in a garden center is advantageous
