About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service while executing point of sale and customer service standards with precision and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on creating a compelling customer experience, ensuring speed of service transactions, and meeting individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty targets.
  • Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
  • Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs, and satisfactorily resolving issues.
  • Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes and maintain adherence to company safety policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No retail experience required, but a flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.

Pay Starts At: $15.25
