Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to provide an amazing shopping experience to our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Drive sales by using your product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and completing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform register functions, including operating a cash register and processing transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
