Job Description
As an Ambassador, you will be part of our front-line crew, serving ice cream to customers, making waffle products, running the register, keeping the shop clean, changing out buckets of ice cream, and performing other important tasks.
You will have opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the well-being of your shop team, community, and the environment around you.
Salary
The estimated hourly earnings for this role is approximately $24.81 per hour*, based on the 2024 base pay rate, plus 2023's hourly tip average. Customer tips may vary.
Requirements
- Passion for community, attention to detail, willingness to clean, stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Jeni's unique offerings and ability to articulate them to customers
- Availability to work weekends, late nights (past 11 p.m.)
- Consistent, world-class service to every customer
