Plumbing Dispatcher

Olympic Plumbing Technology is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling calls, dispatching service calls to plumbing technicians, and ensuring maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize plumbing technicians' time and mileage
• Forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track
• Inform clients of arrival times and ensure they are notified ahead of time about any delays
• Reschedule appointments as necessary

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant dispatching experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the plumbing trade
• Service industry-related experience and knowledge of Service Titan

• A competitive wage of $23.00-$26.00 an hour, depending on experience
