Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Sewer and Drain Technician to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will diagnose and repair residential sewer/drain systems and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential sewer/drain systems
  • Provide informed and confident buying decisions to customers
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and manager
  • Keep company truck clean and organized
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
  • Work independently and solve problems efficiently
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Service Titan experience, a plus
