Job Responsibilities

As a HVAC Account Executive Complex Security, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. You will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. You will build and manage long-term customer relationships with target and managed accounts, responsible for customer satisfaction, and selling Security and Fire Systems to the construction industry.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree or equivalent experience of more than five years and a minimum of four (4) plus years of consultative progressive field sales experience in a highly complex sales process preferably in the Fire/Security industry. You should have excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels, and be technically savvy.
