Job Summary

WaFd Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients in the Dallas area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, providing informed recommendations to clients.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding required.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable attitude.
