About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at AM013 Vishay Sprague, Inc. as a Formation Operator on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical preparation of materials used in the manufacturing process.
  • Operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines and equipment, following process specifications at all times.
  • Read meters and perform math calculations to ensure accuracy.
  • Make minor but sensitive changeovers and set-ups with required precision.
  • Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications and record data on lot traveler tickets.
  • Communicate process specifics and issues to Engineers and Technicians.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
  • May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards.
  • Adhere to company quality and safety requirements.
  • Must wear required PPE.
