Snowsports Reservation Coordinator

This role is responsible for assisting guests with Snowsports School reservations and providing an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Tickets and Admission Operations: Facilitate and process reservations and sales of skiing/snowboarding lessons and programs in the Gunstock Snowsports School. Assist guests with level assignments by asking relevant questions to determine the best fit based on their ability and instruction needs.
• Snowsports Instruction: Provide guests with a professional ski or snowboard learning environment that encourages skill development appropriate for their ability level. Meet and greet Snowsports guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring students are matched to the appropriate skill level.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in POS systems required. Strong typing abilities preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
