Snowsports Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Snowsports Reservation Specialist to join our team at Gunstock Mountain Resort. As a key member of our Snowsports team, you will be responsible for assisting guests with Snowsports School reservations and providing an exceptional guest experience.

• Tickets and Admission Operations
  • Process reservations and sales of skiing/snowboarding lessons and programs in the Gunstock Snowsports School, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Work with Snowsports School staff to coordinate special requests and class counts, recommending the best lesson program for guests based on their level of experience.
  • Log guests into the appropriate lesson group or private time slot, providing clear directions to Rentals and Lesson meeting areas.
  • Process transactions on our computerized ticketing system, adhering to proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Snowsports Instruction
  • Provide guests with a professional ski or snowboard learning environment, using the PSIA & AASI Teaching Methodology to encourage skill development.
  • Meet and greet Snowsports guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring students are matched to the appropriate skill level.
  • Assist students with transporting ski/ride equipment to learning terrain as needed, educating them on proper load/unload procedures for chairlifts and carpet lifts.
• Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in POS systems required.
  • Strong typing abilities preferred.
