Snowsports Reservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Snowsports Reservation Specialist to join our team at Gunstock Mountain Resort. As a key member of our Snowsports School team, you will be responsible for assisting guests with Snowsports School reservations and providing an exceptional guest experience.

• Facilitate and process Snowsports School reservations and sales, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for guests.
• Work closely with Snowsports School staff to coordinate special requests and class counts, recommending the appropriate lesson program based on guest level and experience.
• Process transactions on our computerized ticketing system, issuing receipts and tickets to guests and providing credit when necessary.
• Direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide guests with a professional and welcoming learning environment, using the PSIA & AASI Teaching Methodology to encourage skill development.
• Meet and greet Snowsports guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring students are matched to the appropriate skill level and making adjustments as needed.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in POS systems required.
• Strong typing abilities preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
