What You Will DoThe Sales Agent will be responsible for building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources.
The Sales Agent will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers.

While prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate.
Key Attributes- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Property & Casualty license
- High school or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
- Proven track record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of business
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
