Support Staff Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Staff Assistant to join our team at Bridgewell. As a member of our residential care team, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities in their daily lives.
Job Summary:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living
- Create opportunities for individuals to make decisions and develop their skills and foster independence
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders
- Maintain required documentation according to regulatory standards
- Administer medications according to regulations, as applicable
Requirements:
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred
