Job Description
As a Clinical Care Assistant at Lynn Community Health Center, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to our healthcare team. This includes performing vital signs, screening, measurements, and point-of-care testing, as well as assisting providers during exams and procedures. You will also interact with patients, clients, team members, and staff from other departments. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Medical Assistant certification and experience in medical terminology are required for this role. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish/Khmer/Russian are also desirable. Additionally, you should have CPR or ASL certification and a desire to work as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team.
