We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Planning Expert to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our Regional Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve success with their retirement planning.

Job Description

This is a remote opportunity that requires you to live within 90 miles of the Greater Tampa area. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to facilitate high-quality meetings with retirement plan participants, provide personalized guidance and solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fundamental and complex guidance to workplace retirement plan participants
  • Collaborate with the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
  • Provide direction and guidance on the planning, execution, and investing needs of premium service eligible participants

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 10 years minimum investment sales/financial planning experience
  • Series 7, 63, 65/66 licenses required
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
