MercyOne is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. Our FirstChoice mobile resource pool offers per diem shifts and travel assignments at our hospitals.

What We Offer:

  • Self-Scheduling Per Diem Shifts - Pick up shifts at two facilities with our flexible scheduling system.
  • Premium Pay - Earn competitive pay rates for your nursing expertise.
  • Variety of Practice Settings - Work in different departments and facilities to expand your skills and experience.
  • Learning Opportunities - Develop your nursing skills and knowledge through our training programs.
  • Minimum Commitment - Commit to a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per month.
  • Travel Assignments Available - Take on travel assignments and experience new locations and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, RN License - Current RN license to practice in Iowa.
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification - Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • 18 Months of Acute Care Bedside Experience - Have at least 18 months of experience in acute care bedside nursing.
  • No Concurrent Position at MercyOne - Do not hold a concurrent position at MercyOne.
  • Ability to Complete Orientation and Training - Complete our orientation and training program.
