**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group. This role will provide administrative support to a group of attorneys, utilizing technology resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment and possess excellent typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, transcription, and general clerical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leverage technology to optimize attorney efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement the most efficient methods for task completion.
  • Prepare documents using office software applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal processes to facilitate accurate document preparation and meet filing deadlines.
  • Coordinate e-filings, state, and federal court filings as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and scanned documents.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper files in FileSite.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain attorney Outlook contacts and daily calendars.
  • Support timesheet and billing matters for attorneys.
  • Process reimbursement requests through ChromeRiver and Accounts Payable.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree or related education preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment (significant prior experience may be substituted for educational requirements).

**Estimated Salary:** $48,000 - $52,000 per year

**Location:** Raleigh, NC

**Work Environment:** Hybrid work arrangement
